Dynamic balance electric control valve product
Product Overview
ecological restoration our company's dynamic balance electric control valve is a new generation different from the traditional electric control valve. It may also be a product based on relevant evaluation reports, which is an integrated product of dynamic balance and electric regulation
working principle
in the variable flow system with large fluctuation of system load, when the system pressure changes, the differential pressure (P1-P3) at the two ends of the dynamic balance electric control valve also changes:
⑴ when the inlet pressure P1 rises, (P1 - the operation is more firm, P2) increases. At this time, the electric valve spool moves upward, reducing the opening between P1 and P2, and reducing the spool pressure P2; When the inlet pressure P1 decreases, (P1-P2) decreases, and then the electric valve spool moves downward, the opening between P1 and P2 increases, and the spool pressure P2 increases. Therefore, no matter how the pressure of the system changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 will always remain unchanged through the regulation of the electric valve spool. Therefore, the dynamic valve has strong anti-interference ability and dynamic balance function
⑵ when the straight stroke electric actuator receives the control signal to make the valve shaft move up and down along A-B (or the angular stroke electric actuator receives the control signal to make the valve shaft rotate along R), the opening between P2 and P3 also changes. No matter how the system differential pressure (P1-P3) changes, the initial weight of the differential pressure (P2-P3) between P2 and P3: 450kg remains unchanged. Therefore, corresponding to any opening position, the water flow transmitted by it is certain, and the actual flow characteristic curve of the electric control valve is consistent with its ideal flow characteristic curve without deviation. Therefore, this electric control valve has better regulation characteristics than the traditional electric control valve
